I'm an idiot and can't use Photoshop. So I use paint. You can actually do this in like 10 seconds.
Design the sweatervest and the buttondown the way you want them to look on two separate girls. Take the one wearing the vest, and make her skintone 000000. Make the background the same colour.
Take a printscreen and copy to MS Paint.
Make your background colour 000000. Either select it from custom colours or use the eyedrop tool on your K_Kisekae background.
Use the selection tool and choose Transparent selection. Click and drag like you're playing a dressup game.
That's about it.
It's equally easy in Photoshop. And it will look better, I just don't use photoshop, so I can't show you how. Sorry Anon.
And there are other ways to do this using only Kisekae and Paint. Some of them are easier, some of them give better results. Play around, you'll be surprised what you can come up with.
