Dorothy doesn't really have "swimwear" since she can't really swim (as much as she'd like to), needing to wear her defibrillator and pacemaker pretty much all the time. But she is allowed to go on holiday to the beach, to explore the sandy area and wade in the tide pools looking for pretty rocks and shells, hopefully ones that don't have scary crabs inside.
