that bar tilt makes me think you'd be happier with a stem with less reach. or at least, that's what happened to me: my reach to the hoods was working with the bar tilt back but the drops felt weird until I put a stem one cm less reach on. once the bar was right I did have to move the hoods back slightly. if your saddle is tilted like that because hand pain, it should also help with that, too. again, not trying to be an asshole but I spent a lot of time dialing my fit over the past year and that's what worked for me, I had hand and tricep pain with my first try set up.
careful with those lambda pedals, the grip vanishes at the slightest appearance of moisture.
