Finish getting your degree AND THEN consider your options.
Either you go through the Army's WOFT or get a slot in Air Force OTS flight training (highly competitive and DQ's are common). By the end of your service, airline companies will more than likely hire you since they're currently preying on experienced military pilots for their industry.
Or you could spend a small fortune through a reputable civilian flight training school and grind out the hours.
From what I understand these are the "easiest" routes to go if you want to make a career out of it, but don't forget that either way you'll be committing a good chunk of your life to any of those options.
You're not too old and you're not too young in my opinion, but don't wait too long if you want to fly.
To reiterate, you're going to either spend a lot of money or time in order to become a career pilot these days.
