Idgaf if you're smelly and disheveled and you use the library for the bathroom and a relatively safe place to rest for awhile but 100% of them were public masturbating schizophrenics. One frequent flyer would come in, go to the magazine racks, pick up the first one he saw and start licking and slobbering on every single page until removed by police. He did this every single day. The jerkers didn't even need computers they just went at it wherever the fancy took them, sometimes inside nasty sweatpants sometimes free and proud. They would shoot up in the bathrooms and pass out on the floor. More than one of them straight died while I worked there, and ambulance calls were frequent. None of them were actually violent so the pd wouldn't lock them up and just removed them. We had two big nigs on security who spent all day every day in the break room watching tv and were never disciplined. When school let out hordes of latch key niglets swarmed in because they had nowhere to go. All they would do is screech monkey noises at the top of their lungs, messily eat vending machine snacks and discard trash everywhere, or fuck/fight as the mood took them. They couldn't be punished or evicted because das rayciss dey future scholas in th' lib'ray studyin; the top 5% of them maybe cracked open a terrible "urban fiction" book (pic rel). The rest of them were functionally illiterate at 15-19 years of age. Completely disregarded was the school having its own library with tutors specifically for underprivileged youth that was never used. It was a shitshow, they serve no function for decent people, they should all be burned down. I went in as a bleeding heart liberal pussy and came out a full 14/88 gtkrwn racist. And yes they stole my bike so I had to walk.
