i live in Buenos Aires. We have 6 subway lines, 8 commuter rail lines, a meme tram, and about 380 bus lines.
Before the pandemic, it all managed to barely function. Headways were irregular, any schedule was barely "a suggestion". The last 9 months have been a nightmare, as all services were limited.

For suburbanfags such as me, travelling to the city center can take up to 2.30 hours, for those relying only on public transit. Commuting by car might also take that long on a really bad day, but i'd happily spend that time driving rather than standing in a can of disease, surrounded by smelly brown spics.
