Once there's a camera people will either come up with the most retarded shit or the entire tour has been practiced for 4 weeks and is entirely choreographed. I've seen 30 year old material being used for the first time just for some pr gig and I don't think I have ever witnessed a large scale surprise inspection, thinking about it.
