>>1176083>bullying the BAe146Well compared to a modern airplane it isn't quiet, but for its time it is actually very quiet. The reason it has four engines is for noise abatement. 4 low-power ultrahigh-bypass turbofans make a lot less noise than 2 higher power high-bypass turbofans.
I don't know what you mean about a garbage view. Sure if you sit next to the engines you can't see as much, but you can see the mechanics of the plane which is pretty cool too.
