Some news about the Waterfront Transit situation.
We have the preliminary design for the new Union Station streetcar loop. Of note should be the fact that the loop will actually need to be lowered by 4m
for fire code reasons.
The plan goes to the Executive Committee in April alongside SmartTrack and the SSE; so I expect this Waterfront plan to pass through without much discussion while the committee kills each other of ST and the SSE.
