Once you completely deflate the tire, squeeze the tire inward toward the opposite rim, which should "unlock" the bead. Repeat for both sides. Usually once both sides are done, it will be so loose you can take the tire off without levers. Larger width tires make this easier vs, say 23c road tires. That being said, get yourself some proper tire levers.
