Picrel is what Texans call "Multi-Family residential". Half of the orange lots look like that. Do you want me to believe the yellow around downtown hasn't been built up because there is no demand for it? Or that it's the market that decided that the "Multi-Family residential" housing just outside of downtown is, at-most, three story?
