Got them for several reasons: I wanted good puncture protection, ok for all terrain use, it says "green" on them in the same shade of green as the bike, and I needed tires that come in multiple sizes. A 700x50 fits on the front but doesn't fit in the back but a 47 does. I was thinking of trying out panaracer gravelking semi slicks this summer with TPU tubes but then I sacrifice off road capabilities a little.
