High density is good if it is sustainable. When you go above say.. 7 stories maintenance becomes very expensive, managing this enterprise of a building also becomes very complex.
My building is unusually high density for the area with 30 condos in five stories, maintenance has been neglected for years and costs are ludicrous but luckily we have 30 condos to split the bills with.
How will people who even though they may have the money to buy that condo live there when the building requires serious maintenance? Sixty stories means a shit ton of money, about as much as it took to build it because tem to twenty years later inflation will be hell. It’s very unsustainable and honestly looks about like pic related, which basically had exactly the same sustainability problem.
