(Nothing wrong with a bit of speculation (though not with necessities), but you do this with small sums (of course "small" is different for everyone) on high risk stocks, derivatives or crypto, and not by piling ALL of your money (+ some credit) into ONE shitty apartment, like all the boomers are doing over here)
