Are you seriously going to tell me East New York or Morrison Soundview is any better? And I love how you glossed over how interconnected the ghettos are to the nice parts of NYC. It means that somebody that lives in a shithole like Paterson can be in the lower East Side within an hour. The crazies on 8th Avenue are also there not just because you have methadone clinics but also because of the PA bus terminal. They either go back and forth from Jersey or get dropped off from other states/cities.
