>>1224216The issue is usually that the wheel isn't fucking built right. For a giant roam 3 you don't need anything fancy. Find a matching wheel sale on nashbar, Niagra cycle, or Jensen and order it.
If it doesn't spin straight, return and try again. These are machine built wheels that are probably fine, maybe a little heavy (your stock wheel was heavy too)
