Welcome to the laid back general. Here we post anything related to laid back cycling. A laid back bicycle is a bicycle with a seat and the cranks facing forward. They come in many sizes and shapes. Generally they sacrifice maneuverability and sprinting capacity for comfort and endurance.

We laid back riders have nothing against normal bicycles, in fact, many of us have a few of those as well. This general is not for infighting among cyclists.
