Recommended would most likely be thin wool gloves, puffy softshell pants or athletic cross country snow tights, and jacket is fucking whatever unironically.
Softshell is good enough. Shell is just the thinnest type of raincloth with a thin softshell layer outside larping as sportwear, but wind proof 100%.
If you want expensive clothing, you could get some Fjällräven KÆB, which requires manually waxing after being washed in special impregnation coating washing fluid.
Or reasonably for jacket, lookup what something like a Bergans Tind Windbreaker is called where you live, and look for a cheaper alternative. Properly covering tights and neck is a good plus.
