>>2877023Mostly stuff I actually use:
>Wound dressingbandaids, gauze bandages, non woven swabs, duct tape (ghetto moleskin)
>MedicationNormal painkillers (ibuprofen in my case, really any works), antihistamine (cetirizine for me), alcohol (to disinfect tools and as a solvent for glues), disinfectant and antiseptic (used for wounds, hands, and personal hygiene. Any cheap one will do).
Special one for me is a sore throat candy with benzocaine (numbs throat) and cetylpyridinium (antiseptic for the throat). My throat is my Achilles heel, if I get sick my throat will be fucked, so these saved my ass a lot of times.
Also 4 small packs of electrolyte powder. Also nice when you're sweating a lot.
>ToolsSingle use gloves , sewing needles, tweezers, razor blades, space blanket (99% of the time used as a heat reflector behind a campfire instead of for medical uses)
>Larp stuffI carry a single israeli bandage, which I never use, but if I ever have serious and severe bleeding that the gauze and swabs can't handle, then I'll use it. I applied one before so I know how to use it, I just never had any need from going /out/.
I also carry 2 pills that make me shit (laxative) and 2 pills that stop be from shitting (antidiarrheal). I have never used either and I'm pretty sure they are expired, but I keep them in the pack for the fated day I need to shit and/or stop shitting real bad.
Technically also my shemagh which I could use as a sling or tourniquet, but I never had to do either.
Separate are personal hygiene items of course.
