Your list of essentials is a bit weird. First, serrated blades are not for out. You can only cut rope and fabrics plus the serrations are practically impossible to sharpen. As for scissors, I use them every day, but can't remember an occasion where the job couldn't have been done with a knife. For outdoor use even pliers are more useful than scissors. And what do you need a file for? If you have a specific need for a file or an awl maybe you should buy separate tools. SAKs don't normally have a file other than a nail file and chisels are not found in any folding knife AFAIK. Maybe if you are willing to destroy your tool, you can make one out of the bottle opener/screw driver tool.
A full sized Leatherman can easily weight more than a small SAK and a couple of extra tools.
