I have a metal cigarette case, and I usually trade some friends for Camels, Marlboros, and a few other common brands so I have a variety of smokes to trade /out/ I've traded bowls of weed for a single cigarette.
Also, I don't live in a major bug region (Southwest US) but, cigarette smoke is an amazing natural insect repellant.
My main camping/hiking buddy chews, Copenhagen long cut I think. So we usually have a decent stockpile of options to trade.
