>>1822876>>1822880I've been out to a lot of highway 6 area just exploring on my bike, but most of what I've found has been campsites branching off from rough-ish roads, no actual trailheads. I'd love to hear some specific backpacking spots, as most of my trips have been in the cascades, not the coast range.
Motocamping is fun, but I mostly do that as a way of going long distances and camping in semi-legal areas, and I've been trying to get back into backpacking. I really like the high desert, but it's been hard to find places with water that aren't crowded, and carrying an entire trip's water supply isn't really practical on foot.
