What brands make servicable, cheap filet/boning knives that come with a sheath? I want one to occasionally prepare store bought fish and slice hunks of cured meat paper thin. When not in use, it'll live in a drawer so I need a sheath to not wreck the edge.
Is $20 too little to spend for something decent? Don't really wanna spend more than 30.
