At the least people in AZ can hunt Bighorn Sheep, Mule deer, Mountain lion, Arizona Pronghorn, extremely limited Bison draws, Elk draws, and Black bear draws. The first 4 species being found in both arid and semi-arid environments in AZ. Though most big game draws are very limited to the point that it's almost not worth it. Lots of smaller game like rabbits, quail, doves, grouse, turkey, javelina and coyote as well with coyote being year round hunts along with bow-fishing for carp and catfish. I only fish and used to hunt small game but not in a long while.
