If you're only skinning small game and aren't keen on sharpening your knife then I highly recommend the Havalon Piranta Edge or one of the variants; Torch, Bolt, etc. The knife comes with a dozen disposable blades and the replacements are pretty cheap. If you do get this be careful when changing blades. They're sharp as hell. I'd recommend using pliers if you wind up having a difficult time with it. The blades come in 3 sizes, I believe, and the Torch accommodates all of them. That would be the way to go, imo.
