>>2401768Me personally when I gave away an avocado tree it was just as tall in a pot about 1/3 smaller with roots coming out of it and it was perfectly fine. My moms cousin replanted it before this heat and it's nice and green I saw it a week ago. If theres no roots coming out of the bottom I think it should be fine. I do know that we transplanted a tree of lemon verbena and the heat wave came and destroyed it lmao. It's just a stick in the ground. I'll take a photo tomorrow and post it.
I'm not sure about the differences between an avocado and peach tree though just keep and eye on it and the weather forecasts
