This is absurdly easy. You could literally get everything, clothes, shelter, gear, food, even a firearm and all within budget. You would be choosing which luxuries to buy, not what essential item you would have to give up.
HARD MODE: You have only $100, and you start with only shoes, socks, cargo pants, underwear and a flannel shirt. You cannot bring any of your own gear, but items required for medical reasons will not count against your budget, such as glasses, insulin or epilepsy medication. However, they cannot be repurposed for anything else. All purchases must be able to have their price linked.
