>>1906361Rabbits tend to go to the bathroom in one spot, and if you use 14-gauge 1/2x1 in. wire for the floor (and 1/2 in. hardware cloth for the walls) most of the misplaced poop will fall through the floor. If I removed the big tile from my hutch I would have very little cleaning to do each week, but I prefer to leave it so they get a nice cool place to sit when it's a bit hotter in the day.
