>>2773983view inside the cupola, this pole is where the old firefinder would have been. most likely removed in the late 90's from its first restoration unfortunately. there are shingles everywhere cause the roof got re-shingled in 2022 and there was a massive shingle pile, so folks used them to budge the windows to prevent shaking in the wind.
