>>45566you can grow using cheap costing Compact Florescent Light bulbs, just make sure the light spectrum is 'cool white' as this is the best for plant growth. Bulbs are cheap at home depot/walmart, the more bulbs the better they grow. i used to use CFLs and then upgraded to a cheap T5 light set up i got from amazon for 50 bucks.
