Think of things that might be doable and pick the least uninteresting option.
At least try truly living before you write off life and try dying, since there's no going back.

I'm not going to hold the hand of every allegedly suicidal neet on a Tibetan whistle crafting forum until they feel like developing a will to live. Either do it or don't but I recommend trying everything you can before throwing away the gift of life before you grow the balls to truly appreciate it.
