It's not just "any yellow raspberry looking thing". That'd be like calling them cloudberries even thought the cloudberry plant has a completely different growth habit.
>>2183187There's hundreds of species in Rubus. Some are so similar that only autismos care, but there's also a lot of variation. Anyway most (all?) of them produce "looks like raspberries" fruit and I don't know of any that aren't good to eat.
