Underquilt is not a maybe, it's a must. Get a poncho liner from a military surplus store, they're cheap. They're also called a woobie.Easy to make an underquilt from there, lots of designs online.
You need weather protection too, again military surplus can have a tarp.
Get some rope. Strong stuff. You can hang the tarp and hammock with it.
Food and water will be tough. Don't drink water that isn't boiled. Food is not plentiful inna woods if you're not a skilled hunter/masterforager.
