Not my setup but fairly similar. I run a tensahedron stand with tarp extensions, a hennessy system, and a cheapie bottom quilt.
The stand is overbuilt/very durable and much too heavy for backpacking but they make much lighter options that would be practical for one-tree hangs just to simplify campsite layout decisions.

The role of tarps in hammock sleep systems is a little bit different than tents. Hard to describe, but it's more like a thing that you use to regulate airflow than heat. All of your insulation is much closer to your body, and the tarp is the thing that regulates how much air moves across your insulation to remove moisture from the system. I've never done any sub-freezing hammock camps though, might be a totally different game.
