>>301791>>301630And yet another thing I forgot to mention... make sure that once the fruit sets, water the plant a little more than usual... tomatoes are what, 75-85% water? They feed LOTS so fertilize it well and often and water it a bunch because it will suck the water quickly for all the fruit it produces and you want to be sure that you get big fruits and the plant doesn't dry up. If it does, the fruit will develop scars and cracks which can lead to the fruit being ruined. Its safe to eat, but it will look ugly or diseased if you don't water it well. I used to water every morning or every evening but now i water once in the morning, once at noon, and once at dawn because I can see the plant gets dry pretty quickly and uses the water very fast! The tomato on the left is fine but the one on the right got a scar that turned ugly really quickly and is a black scar on the other side. I also need to pick this soon or else I'll end up with a chewed tomato from a bird or squirrel. One of those bastards ate the first red tomato that developed in December which was very strange. Its finally produced regular fruit normally now. The right tomato is bigger and the left one is smaller.
