>it is supposed to be naturally occurringWhen you constantly invert (till) the soil you're growing in you don't give root networks from several plants much opportunity to establish, thus not really allowing fungal growth to really occur as it usually requires organic matter breakdown happening. That doesn't really happen when you rip the plant out root and all in conventional systems... at least that's the logic that I follow, and can totally respect one's skepticism of it that isn't just 'ur a faget lmao just buy potting mix'. On am unrelated note we got a good bit of rain last night and it's supposed to be sunny the next few days, decided to take a walk and found out I have textile onions growing wild on my property, pulled one and it's delicious as is, but I wonder if I should let them go later.. I have no clue though.
