>>2545232You're better off building a decent sized building together on one plot before building your real places. Having 10 ice shacks sounds good until you realize the cost of a wood stove. Not to mention space for cooking, everyone would need their own shitter, and building 10 10x10 shacks is much more lumber than building a 20x30 with a high roof for loft bedrooms.
