If it's going to be freezing or below, I tend to use the -15F winter bag. My summer bag is an 800 fill down <2-pound +20F model, but I tend to feel cold in it if gets down to +30F. When I'm uncertain how cold it's going to be, I have a 1 lb polyester (?) over-bag for the +20F bag, which allegedly gives me another 20 degrees lower. Pic related, the Moonstone Lucid, the +20F bag I've been using for years. I think the company is gone, however.
