>>2545657I've tried dubbing loops like Brammer does but it didn't turn out as well as I hoped, probably need more practice but bucktail is expensive. I don't even use dubbing loops for synthetics anymore, I find that I get a better profile tying in directly. Even for round heads like the black fly in this picture (before any trimming btw).
