So my old man gotta lease thats gonna be 8 hrs from him but 1 hour from me. Hes gonna hunt primarily on it. We cant have any permanent structures other than that im good. No water on the property either. 300 acres in north Florida. Any ideas what to do. Imma be spending all my weekends there.
