HEY, you there! Stop buying weird-ass shaped tarps for your shelters, even plain old rectangles, and take the domepill. Per unit volume, spheres (domes in the case of a shelter) require the least amount of surface area—or material. You get the most m^3/kg for pure dome-shaped shelters.
Plus, they work to direct wind no matter the direction it comes from.


Now the question is, why does no one seem to make round-shaped tarps? What obvious flaw am I missing?
