Hello /out, /trv/ler here.
I am treating some clothing with permethrin for mosquitoes and ticks, using the "soak a garment in a plastic bag for a couple of hours, then hang to dry.
Running into a slight issue -- the humidity here has decided to go through the roof, so things are drying VERY slowly. I'd like to do another couple of batches, but I leave for mosquito lands on Monday, unless something changes anything else I treat may not get dry.
I have tried to Google whether you can let stuff dry after treatment in the drier. Results hard to find, it is drowned out in people asking whether using the drier after laundering treated clothes is a good idea.
You guys have any experience with this -- can I let some of this stuff dry in the drier, or will that somehow fuck up the "It Bonds To The Fabric!" process of the permethrin?
