Had a look through the catalogue, seemed like there isn't a thread on this (even if there was one).

What do you guys have in your first aid kit?

Planning a canoing trip two weeks from now, and the mate who always had one (medic is his day job) won't be coming, so I figured I should assemble one.

Bandages, plasters, safety needles is what I seem to think is the basics. Duct tape for when shit hits the fan?

Also figure, for the specifics of canoing, keep it on me, not in my rucksack, and try and make it waterproof.

Further tips, gents?
