They express their culture, which is spiteful, irrational, and self justifying “critique” of their host nation. Art is not literally anything that may have sprung from intent (in theory!) and might cause a reaction. And never will be. Sorry. Such bullshit is used to excuse everything as art but first and foremost, it is about supporting mockery of prior culture, also called deconstruction, and entrenching the nomads culture of hostile critique and self exaltation. It is a foul thing that turns away no beggar and no vandal and deems all human actions potentially art. It established a hegemon which shames and hates anyone who might exclude anyone. it declares them idiots, uncultured, unlearned in the philosophies made up by people who made up a story about magical space men choosing them to re the world. and it must, or else “art” that is innately hostile to the host culture would be turned away also, and there would be no room for the nomads to replace it with their own. But they have their own home now, and they can go there.
Art is something made entirely by a person to be beautiful or to continue their culture.
There is no other definition. To reject beauty, to reject culture, is to kill your own beauty and to kill your own culture so another more hostile one can replace it and restart the cycles of conquest and slaughter you so regretted.
