For most of what I shoot, SS could be 1/125 to 1/8000 and there's no difference on the image visually.
Aperture can have a big impact on the image visually, and should be priority in terms of how the image actually looks.

As you get more experienced, you'll likely drop auto ISO in favor of sticking at specific ISO values based on your camera. In some cases, for example, going from ISO 320 to ISO 400 has you gain a full stop of dynamic range, but I guess that's "nothing".
