>>4291749My pictures are sharp because I take care when I shoot them to ensure they're sharp. The rest of it is the scanning, I use a camera and a macro lense.
>>4291758You're making out that I just spend money to fix problems, which isn't the case. I take care to do all of the steps as well as I can.
My scans looked just as good when I used a 550D honestly, the a7r2's resolution is wildly overkill for web sizes, but great for printing.
Even so, they're getting cheap as dirt these days.
My tripod is a gizo explorer, you can lock the legs at any angle and the centre column is offset on a hinge; I have no earthly idea why they stopped making them.
The lenses used there are
>nikkor 28/2.8 ais>makinon? 28/2.5>canon 100/2.8 macro>zuiko 50/3.5 macro>sigma 150/3.5 macroand for pic related
>zuiko 50/1.4So aside from the longer macros, nothing exotic. I'd consider myself pretty frugal, but photography is my main hobby so I don't really mind spending money when I feel it's worth it.
