Most of it is handheld due to, "unwieldy tripods and shit," when I'm hanging from the side of a hill by some tree roots. Most of the stuff like tripods and rails can be removed in favor of more light and/or working distance. I can do handheld focus stacking, but only with lots of light. However, like this image, I needed the bellows, rail, tripod, and remote.
This is a stack of the same eggs. 10 images and a couple screw ups. The light is gone now and this light was a bit too harsh. This was with the nifty 50mm at f/8 on a total FL of 190mm via bellows. Working distance was like 1-2cm or something. Terrible photo though. lol
