The ergos are excellent, I love the loud shutter and clicky D-Pad, and it has way more dynamic range than the Olympus E500 I own alongside it (4/3rds 8mp Kodak CCD) where I can actually take pictures on cloudy days and its not useless. I might even like it more than the Sony a390 (14.2mp CCD) that I have next to it.
Indoors it definitely needs a flash. 6mp is enough when I'm resizing my pics anyways 99% of the time to repost online
The 100-300mm APO Minolta is a must-have. Zero purple fringing. Throw your Sigma/Tamron telezooms in the trash tbqh.
