At the end of the day, your camera is a tool. More often than not, 'good enough' is...good enough? Personally my D750 has more than enough DR and latitude for whatever I throw at it. Even if I had 2-3 stops more DR or a little more bokeh...who gives a fuck? And don't even get me started on the 'medium format look'.
