I'd personally take the 60D over the D7000--they're both nice to use, but I'm a Canon guy so I prefer the Canon interface. But honestly, the D7000 is just as nice, I'm just not as familiar with it. The A6000, on the other hand, has what I would consider an objectively shitty interface, so I'd definitely take a D7000 over it. But that being said, I tend to shoot with the a6000 more just because it's more compact.
But the key is that you should base purchasing decisions on things like how well the camera handles and how easily it lets you take pictures, not fractions of a stop of dynamic range that you'll only even theoretically notice in extreme scenarios.
